Qualifications

• 3+ years as a true Business Analyst—gathering requirements and writing documentation.
• ERP experience (NetSuite preferred; open to other ERP systems).
• Experience in small to mid-size companies (not large enterprises).
• Experience in retail or consumer goods industries.

• Serve as the primary liaison between business and IT teams, identifying pain points and documenting requirements.
• Lead business systems initiatives and process improvements.
