Vaco is actively looking for a Business Analyst for a direct placement/full time placement. Must be able to work directly on W2 with no sponsorship.

The client is seeking a true Business Analyst within a lean IT organization. This role will serve as the primary liaison between the business and IT teams, identifying pain points, documenting requirements, improving processes, and leading business systems initiatives.
