Syms Strategic Group, LLC is seeking an experienced Business/Systems Analyst for a 100% remote US-based role. You will capture and document software requirements, manage them in ALM/JIRA, and drive SAFe/Agile practices across multiple projects.

The position requires strong communication, analytical skills, and experience with large-scale data integration. Responsibilities include leading requirements sessions, refining backlogs, and delivering formal specifications.

Competenze

• Must have strong background in software development and SAFe/Scaled Agile methodologies.
• Excellent oral and written communication to customers, management and non-technical audiences.
• Excellent attention to detail, customer service skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Past experience conducting independent research to support complex questions.
• Advanced experience with MS Office, including Excel.
• Excellent analytical skills, integrating information from multiple sources.
• Experience in large, Agile software development or data integration projects.

Mansioni

• Lead the capture of business requirements for software development teams.
• Document requirements in an ALM tool and collaborate with IT and leadership.
• Manage requirements in an ALM tool and perform Agile requirement management.
• Develop user stories and decomposition into backlog items with acceptance criteria.
• Use JIRA for requirements management, testing and defect tracking.
• Collect, track and monitor system and business requirements and validate them.
• Coordinate with Systems Engineers on impact to technical solutions.
• Write and deliver project documents to the client and manage risks.
