Zusammenfassung

Syms Strategic Group, LLC is seeking an experienced requirements analyst to lead the capture and documentation of software development requirements for federal projects. The role emphasizes SAFe/Agile practices, JIRA usage, and close collaboration with business users, IT, and leadership.

You will elicit and elaborate requirements, manage them in ALM tools, and ensure traceability from user stories to acceptance criteria, while coordinating with Systems Engineers and stakeholders to deliver value

Qualifikationen

Extensive background in software development and SAFe methodologies.
Excellent oral and written communication with non-technical audiences.
Strong attention to detail, customer service, and problem-solving abilities.
Experience conducting independent research to support complex questions.
Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel.
Proven experience with JIRA and Agile/SAFe environments.

Aufgaben

Lead the capture of business requirements for software development teams.
Document requirements in an ALM tool and manage them across the project backlog.
Perform Agile requirement management and create/verify acceptance criteria.
Conduct user interviews and model business processes and specifications.
Coordinate with customers and stakeholders to document functional and technical requirements.
Support the development team by clarifying requirements and guiding backlog refinement.
