Aufgaben

• Lead the capture of business requirements for software development teams
• Collaborate with business users, IT, and leadership to document requirements in ALM tools
• Manage requirements in an ALM tool
• Perform Agile requirement management for a product team
• Analyze user needs to determine functional, cross-functional, and technical requirements
• Conduct user interviews and facilitate sessions; develop business process models
• Work with customers, team members, and stakeholders to document requirements
• Elaborate user stories and decompose into backlog items with acceptance criteria
• Use JIRA for requirements management, testing, and defect management
• Collect, track, and monitor system and business requirements
• Validate requirements and integration
• Conduct backlog refinement sessions
• Coordinate with Systems Engineers on impact to solutions
• Manage and coordinate requirements for multiple projects
• Write and deliver project documents to the client
• Identify risks and issues affecting progress
• Develop and maintain project/product backlogs
• Own change control for requirements
• Create Change Requests per policy
• Facilitate configuration management for artifacts
• Document traceability among requirements, test cases, risks
• Report program execution metrics across the Agile lifecycle SAFe
• Identify tasks and interrelationships to create well-documented stories
• Become a product SME
• Mentor junior analysts
• Establish strong relationships with owners
• Support development team in detailing requirements
• Follow Scrum and deliver Sprint requirements
• Remove impediments to complete Sprints
• Provide qualitative and quantitative information to teams
• Support change control processes for scope
