Responsibilities

• Lead capture of business requirements for software development teams.
• Document requirements with IT, business users, and leadership in ALM tools.
• Manage and refine requirements and user stories for Sprint teams.
• Conduct backlog refinement and ensure acceptance criteria alignment.
• Perform SAFe/Agile requirements analysis for large projects.
• Coordinate with systems engineers on impact to technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain project backlog items and change requests.
• Provide status updates and metrics across the lifecycle.
