Job summary

Sole Construction Partners is hiring an Outside Sales Representative - Account Manager to drive growth with Florida residential production builders. You will hunt for new opportunities, expand client base, and manage high-value accounts with a strategic, results-driven approach.

You will travel across Florida, build long-term partnerships, and collaborate with estimating, operations, and marketing to deliver accurate bids and seamless project handoffs.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential new construction, ideally with production builders or high-volume builders.
• Proven track record of winning new business and growing accounts in a competitive market.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Hunt for new opportunities and expand the client base across Florida’s residential production builder market.
• Build and deepen long-term partnerships with builders, developers, and industry leaders.
• Manage accounts using CRM to track pipeline, forecasts, and activity.
• Lead the bidding process from initial contact to project kickoff with timely follow-through.
• Collaborate with estimating, operations, and marketing to ensure accurate bids and smooth transitions.
• Represent Sole Construction Partners at trade shows and industry events to grow visibility.
