Qualifications

• Must have ten years of experience supporting senior general/flag officers and SES levels.
• Deep understanding of budgeting cycles and resource allocation frameworks.
• Skilled in translating technical information for effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Analyze CD/CTOC/CTF program requirements for various defense agencies.
• Assist USG in executing CD appropriated funding and budget monitoring.
• Support program audits and contribute to planning, programming, budget, and execution.

Skills

Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility

Expert-level knowledge in resource management principles

Extensive expertise in DoW financial ERP and manpower databases

Exceptional communication skills

Education

Master's degree in a relevant field
