Job summary

Generous Brands is seeking a Senior Associate Brand Manager, Innovation to shepherd the next generation of Health-Ade products from concept through commercialization. Working closely with the Director of Innovation, you will translate consumer needs and trends into compelling brands that win in the market.

You will own innovation projects end-to-end, coordinating with R&D, Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and Legal to deliver on strategy while managing scope, timelines, and budget.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in brand marketing, innovation, or product development.
• Strong ability to influence and coordinate cross‑functional partners.
• Proven project-management skills with multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Lead innovation concepts from ideation to commercialization and launch.
• Partner with R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, and Legal to move projects forward.
• Develop business cases including pricing, costs, and margins to support decisions.
• Coordinate cross‑functional launches and ensure alignment with product strategy.
