BBA Bookkeeping, LLC is seeking a Senior Bookkeeper to own a portfolio of client accounts from AP and AR through month-end close. You will work remotely as part of a collaborative team, reviewing closes through QA and helping raise the standard for the firm.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of full-charge bookkeeping across multiple clients, 3+ years with QuickBooks Online, and strong attention to detail. You’ll build client relationships, ensure accuracy, and help streamline processes with the

• 5+ years as a full-charge bookkeeper managing multiple clients.
• 3+ years of QuickBooks Online experience.
• Ability to read Schedule C, 1065, and 1120 and tie to QBO.
• Experience reviewing other bookkeepers' work and giving feedback.
• Highly organized; meets deadlines without supervision.
• Team player with collaborative mindset.
• Quick learner and adaptable to new tools, including AI.
• Clear, professional communication across channels.

Responsabilidades

• Own full-charge bookkeeping and month-end close for a client portfolio.
• Run pre-QA close checklist and provide reviewer-ready notes.
• Perform QA reviews and feed issues into training and SOPs.
• Process AP/AR, including invoicing and payments.
• Reconcile bank, credit card, loan, and payroll accounts.
• Prepare and file sales tax returns across states.
• Prepare journal entries with supporting documentation.
• Set up job costing and project tracking.
• Read Schedule C/1065/1120 and tie to QBO at year-end.
• Maintain data sync across platforms and explain variances.
