Blackhawk Network is seeking a Sr. Business Development Manager to drive new logos and strategic programs with Fortune 500 brands, leveraging our BES prepaid cards, services, and complex platform solutions.

This role requires a consultative approach, excellent executive communication, and the ability to travel up to 50% across a large multi-state territory. Remote work within the United States is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, related to business or sales disciplines.
• Minimum 12+ years sales experience selling to Fortune 500 companies.
• 12+ years selling Consumer Promotions / Rebates / Incentives / Rewards preferred.
• 12+ years proven business development experience.

Responsibilities

• New business growth by targeting logos and strategic programs.
• Aggressive outreach to key stakeholders within organizations.
• Identify new prospects; develop territory and account strategies.
• Manage complex sales environments with negotiation, relationships and presentation skills.
• Build partnerships internally and with clients to deliver right solutions and strategy.
• Aim for high customer satisfaction scores from clients.
• Report sales/client activity in Salesforce and maintain accurate records.
