Qualificações

• Industry-level bioinformatics software development in regulated environments.
• Seven or more years of bioinformatics software engineering experience.
• Strong Python development and production-grade software practices.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement scalable clinical-grade NGS pipelines.
• Develop and scale bioinformatics algorithms for production-ready software.
• Build workflow orchestration with Nextflow for reproducibility.
• Develop and optimise bioinformatics workloads in AWS cloud environments.
• Drive containerisation and environment reproducibility with Docker/Singularity.
• Own components of the software development lifecycle and release processes.
