Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Senior BIM (Digital Design) Manager to lead digital delivery for hyperscale data center projects. This remote role coordinates BIM standards, BEP templates, and model coordination for U.S. projects, with a hybrid option near an AECOM office.

You will oversee U.S. BIM staff and EC partners, ensure schedule and quality, and provide hands-on Revit work when needed. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with BIM/digital delivery experience and 6+ years in BIM leadership.
• Strong knowledge of BIM standards, BEP templates and QA/QC workflows.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams, including offshore/EC partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM standards implementation and project-level BEP development for data centers.
• Oversee daily BIM production by US staff and EC teams, ensuring quality and schedule.
• Perform hands-on Revit production as needed to maintain deliverables on time.
• Drive automation via Dynamo and Revit API to reduce repetitive work and errors.
• Set up model coordination, clashes, and KPI reporting for project leadership.
