Job summary

AECOM is seeking a remote Technical Solutions Civil Manager to lead digital delivery for civil infrastructure projects. The role can be based in any state, with hybrid work in a dynamic, client-facing environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or eight years in the AEC industry with BIM, VDC, or equivalent experience.
Twelve years of experience in AEC with proficiency in the listed software.
Professional Engineer or Architect license preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop advanced Autodesk Civil 3D models and complete civil/site design for roads, drainage, and land development.
Create 3D federated models using Autodesk and Bentley tools; perform clash detection and ensure COBie/LOD compliance.
Lead digital integrations and data-flow mapping across Autodesk and Bentley ecosystems; support sales with technical discovery.
Provide training, mentoring, and workflow guidance across Autodesk and Bentley platforms.
Prepare labor estimates, scopes of work, and technical documentation for client engagements.
