Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree or eight years in the AEC industry with BIM, VDC, or equivalent experience.
• Twelve years of experience in AEC with proficiency in the listed software.
• Professional Engineer or Architect license preferred.

Aufgaben

• Develop advanced Autodesk Civil 3D models and complete civil/site design for roads, drainage, and land development.
• Create 3D federated models using Autodesk and Bentley tools; perform clash detection and ensure COBie/LOD compliance.
• Lead digital integrations and data-flow mapping across Autodesk and Bentley ecosystems; support sales with technical discovery.
• Provide training, mentoring, and workflow guidance across Autodesk and Bentley platforms.
• Prepare labor estimates, scopes of work, and technical documentation for client engagements.
