Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Senior BIM (Digital Design) Manager to lead digital delivery across our hyperscale data center portfolio. This is a remote position open to candidates across the United States, with a hybrid option near an AECOM office. The role enforces firmwide BIM standards, BEP templates, and coordination workflows, oversees U.S.

staff and EC partners, and reports on BIM KPIs to project leadership. Hands-on production may be required, including Revit modeling and template development, plus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a BIM/delivery related field or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years in BIM/digital delivery with 2+ years leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience coordinating offshore/EC teams and enforcing standards.

Responsibilities

• Implement and tailor BIM standards within the firmwide BEP framework.
• Oversee BIM coordination, QA/QC, and model health across projects.
• Step in for hands-on Revit production and template development as needed.
• Coordinate with EC partners, clients, and internal teams; manage CDE.
• Report BIM KPIs and delivery status to Senior BIM Manager Lead.
