Job summary

AECOM in Denver, CO seeks a Senior BIM (Digital Design) professional to lead BIM strategy, implementation, and governance across complex projects. This role develops BIM strategies and BEPs aligned to client requirements and coordinates BIM delivery with project leadership and technical teams.

You will establish and administer CDE environments, advance digital workflows including 4D/5D, and support BIM maturity across the business while mentoring teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 6+ years of BIM/digital delivery experience.
• Experience leading BIM teams on large-scale projects preferred.
• Strong knowledge of BIM standards and ISO 19650.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement BIM strategies for complex projects.
• Create, manage, and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEP) aligned to client requirements.
• Lead BIM kickoff meetings with internal teams and consultants.
• Coordinate BIM delivery with project leadership and technical teams.
• Coordinate CDE (ACC/ProjectWise) setup, permissions, and data standards.
• Develop firmwide BIM standards, templates, and digital workflows.
