Relativity is hiring a Senior Billing Specialist to manage end-to-end invoicing and contract processing for a global, multi-product customer base. The role supports month-end and mid-month cycles across SaaS, license, and services, with a focus on accuracy and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years invoicing and billing experience, preferably with SaaS products and a global customer base
• Proficiency in financial software, large ERP systems, billing and revenue management tools
• History of implementing process improvements and leveraging technology
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and related office tools
• Strong teamwork, collaboration, and ability to coordinate across multiple participants
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in a high-growth SaaS/tech environment is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting preferred

Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end contracts across product lines for global customers
• Handle all deal types including new business, renewals, extensions, and terminations
• Execute monthly and mid-month billing cycles for SaaS, license, and services
• Assist with Finance Queue and Salesforce billing tickets
• Manage usage commitments, license extensions, and new license requests
• Maintain Billing SOPs and assist with onboarding/training
• Identify opportunities to improve billing efficiency and automation
• Lead billing-related projects including pricing changes and product launches
• Own key customer accounts and act as billing SME for escalations
• Collaborate with Revenue Accounting, Deal Desk, Sales Ops, and Legal to optimize O2C process
• Support audits and cross-functional initiatives
• Be part of a global team focused on teamwork and guidance across all levels
