Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of management experience in billing and financial management.
• Demonstrated leadership with strategic initiatives.
• Knowledge of accounting principles in a service organization.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Elite 3E preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans for the Billing Department.
• Lead initiatives to improve billing processes and efficiency.
• Supervise Billing Managers and mentor teams.
• Coordinate workflow to ensure timely, accurate billing.
• Oversee matters with upon-completion dates and inventory management.
• Identify aged WIP and unbilled revenue and drive recovery.
