Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking a Senior Billing Manager to provide strategic leadership across the Billing Department for a fully remote role. You will drive process improvements, oversee WIP, and coordinate with firm leadership to optimize revenue cycle operations.

The role requires 7+ years of management experience in billing/finance and a Bachelor's in a related field. Proficiency in Elite 3E and MS Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of management experience in a billing/financial-management role.
• Proven leadership and ability to drive strategic initiatives and manage high-performing teams.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles in a service organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans for the Billing Department aligned with firm objectives.
• Lead initiatives to improve billing processes and leverage technology.
• Supervise Billing Managers and mentor their teams.
• Oversee billing workflow, WIP aging, and revenue recognition processes.
• Collaborate with Firm Leadership to optimize revenue cycle operations.
