The Senior Billing Manager is responsible for the strategic leadership and overall management of the Billing Department across all office locations. This role requires a visionary leader who can handle complex billing issues with broad conceptual judgment and initiative, has a strong background in process review and improvement, combined with strong people management skills to help drive the department towards achieving organizational goals with minimal direction. Bachelors or better in Accounting or related field.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge and understanding of accounting principles in a service organization
Experience with Elite 3E or other billing software
Management experience in billing or related field
