Job summary

Hilb Group is seeking an Employee Benefits Account Executive/Consultant (Large Group) to design and deliver strategic benefit programs for sizable employer groups, collaborating with producers and providing expert consulting in funding and PBM reviews.

The role spans client strategy, renewal and onboarding support, and guidance to junior staff across Roseland, NJ, Uniondale, NY, or Shelton, CT locations.

Qualifications

• Active Life and Health license required.
• 7+ years of experience in the employee benefits industry, brokerage preferred.
• 3+ years of experience with employer groups of 100+ employees.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement benefit strategies that are innovative and compliant.
• Partner with producers for meetings, onboarding of new clients.
• Provide consulting, funding analysis, and PBM review to enhance client programs.
• Mentor Account Managers and Client Care Specialists.
