Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Master's or Ph.D. degree in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Pharmacy, or a related scientific field.


• A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in beauty and skincare product development, with a strong portfolio of launched products.


• In-depth knowledge of cosmetic ingredients, formulation techniques, and manufacturing processes for skincare.


• Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced R&D environment.


• Familiarity with international cosmetic regulations (e.g., FDA, EU regulations).
