About the Role

Our client, a rapidly expanding online beauty retailer, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote Senior E-commerce Beauty Advisor & Online Stylist to join their dynamic team. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere within South Africa. You will be the primary point of contact for clients seeking expert advice on skincare, makeup, and haircare products sold through our e-commerce platform. Your role will involve providing personalized consultations via video calls, chat, and email, assisting customers in selecting the best products for their needs, and guiding them through the online purchasing process. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of beauty products, trends, and application techniques, combined with exceptional online communication skills and a passion for customer service. You will be instrumental in driving online sales, enhancing customer satisfaction, and contributing to the brand's online presence and reputation. This role requires a proactive approach and the ability to work autonomously in a virtual environment.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of online sales and customer service best practices.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely online.
• Proficiency in using video conferencing tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams) and CRM software.
• High level of organization and self-discipline to manage remote work effectively.
