Job summary

RBW Consulting is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Development to drive new opportunities in pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors while working remotely in the United States. You will develop and implement growth strategies, identify and engage new clients, and manage deals from lead to contract.

The role requires a proven track record in CRO or life sciences services business development, a strong understanding of clinical development, and a bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• Proven business development experience in CRO, lab services or related life science services.
• Track record of generating and closing new business within pharma/biotech accounts.
• Strong understanding of clinical development and outsourced research services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue growth objectives.
• Identify and engage new pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients.
• Manage opportunities through the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract award.
