Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 2 years of experience in a direct B2B sales position.
• At least 2 years of experience in pipeline forecasting or account management in the senior living or LTC space.
• Demonstrates success in meeting financial/revenue goals.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target net new customers and grow existing business.
• Provide guidance and support to the Business Development Associate.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to implement growth initiatives.
