Job summary

PharMerica is seeking a Director of Business Development for Skilled Nursing, a remote role with 50-75% travel across Utah, Nevada, and Arizona. You will drive client acquisition and growth in the long-term care market, partnering with cross-functional teams to roll out sales plans and achieve revenue targets.

The ideal candidate brings B2B sales experience, Skilled Nursing or LTC background, and the ability to communicate with executive leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business or communications.
• 1–3 years inside sales, customer service, or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication with executives.

Responsibilities

• Cold calling and outbound prospecting to potential clients.
• Identify client needs and propose solutions and support.
• Research leads via directories, web searches, and digital resources.
• Qualify leads from campaigns, conferences, references and tradeshows.
• Build and maintain a contact database of prospective clients.
• Present information to clients for outside sales follow-up.
• Coordinate with sales team to advance leads through CRM.
• Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales metrics.
