In this role you will manage complex client relationships, oversee trip execution, and promote our full suite of trip support offerings. This position requires travel, strong leadership, and a client-focused mindset to expand our international aviation footprint.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in aviation operations or trip support.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Deep understanding of flight planning, meteorology, and global aviation operations.
• Strong customer loyalty and relationship-building skills.
• Leadership across cross-functional teams and influence outcomes.
• Confident, diplomatic communication in high-pressure situations.

Responsibilities

• Own the Relationship: primary contact for a portfolio of high-value clients, ensuring trip execution and service excellence.
• Deliver Excellence: lead quality assurance for client trips, resolve issues and ensure operational precision.
• Be the Expert: provide consultative support on WFS Trip Support products and services.
• Drive Growth: present and promote services to existing and prospective clients, identifying deep engagement opportunities.
• Lead Collaboratively: coordinate with operations, disseminate client requirements, ensure cross-department alignment.
• Support Around the Clock: provide after-hours and weekend support as needed.
• Represent WFS: travel to meet clients, lead presentations, and represent the company at events.
