• 2+ years of experience in aviation operations, trip support, dispatch, scheduling, flight planning, or related aviation environments.
• Exceptional customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability and willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Mansioni

• Manage Global Flight Operations for assigned departments.
• Serve as primary point of contact for flight departments and operators, supporting missions from planning through completion.
• Coordinate international overflight and landing permits, airport slots, and PPRs.
• Arrange ground handling services, crew accommodations, and transportation.
• Provide proactive communication and timely updates throughout all mission phases.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and act as a trusted trip-planning advisor.
• Perform quality assurance reviews of trip arrangements and cost estimates.
• Support 24/7 operational coverage through rotating shifts.
