World Fuel is seeking a Trip Support Advisor to coordinate global aviation missions from Webster, TX (Remote). You will serve as the operational quarterback, guiding flights from planning through execution and providing proactive customer support.

Ideal candidates are aviation professionals who excel in fast-paced environments, with strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple missions while working rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in aviation operations, trip support, dispatch, scheduling, or related aviation environments.
• Exceptional customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned flight departments and operators, supporting missions from planning through completion.
• Coordinate international overflight and landing permits, airport slots, PPRs, ground handling, crew accommodations, and transport.
• Provide proactive customer support, build relationships, and communicate updates throughout all mission phases.
• Manage and monitor trips, create trip records and cost estimates, and perform quality reviews.
• Collaborate with planning, weather, permits, fuel, and support teams to ensure successful missions.
• Support 24/7 operational coverage through rotating shifts.
