AV Services Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee end-to-end execution of complex A/V multimedia projects. You will manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and budget adherence while collaborating with design consultants and vendors.

The role requires travel as needed and a strong grasp of A/V technologies, with a proven ability to adapt in a dynamic corporate environment. On-site Tempe, AZ location with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in commercial A/V integration and A/V project management.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, and MS Project; Smartsheet a plus.
• Strong knowledge of A/V design and project management principles.

Responsibilities

• Review project docs and develop A/V deployment plans covering room types, quantities and layouts.
• Create High-Level Estimates (HLE) and A/V Plans; coordinate with team for funding approval.
• Create executive summaries for stakeholders.
