Job summary

Everforth ECS is seeking a Senior Atlassian Engineer/Help desk lead to work remote for a federal customer. You will analyze requirements, design solutions, and implement enhancements across Jira and Confluence, configuring and optimizing environments for mission delivery.

You will translate business needs into technical configurations, deliver user training, and lead migration efforts to Atlassian Gov Cloud as part of a small migration team.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or 7+ years related experience.
7+ years administering Jira and Confluence for dev/ops teams.
Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban) in Jira.
Ability to design dashboards and filters for leadership.
Data modeling and scalable configuration experience.
Prev. federal contracting or government environment experience.
Experience migrating Atlassian Datacenter to Gov Cloud.

Responsibilities

Lead Atlassian engineering and migration efforts.
Configure, maintain, and optimize Jira and Confluence.
