Job summary

The ED will recruit and develop a high-impact volunteer board, cultivate major donor relationships, and collaborate across markets to achieve annual goals and strengthen programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of 5 years of non-profit leadership directing staff.
• Proven track record of volunteer stewardship and partnerships to exceed goals.
• Experience applying sales and relationship techniques to nonprofit settings.
• Ability to translate mission into sustainable relationships and programs.
• Experience in revenue generation including events, major gifts, and corporate/foundation support.
• Financial acumen including budgeting and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as lead staff to build empowered communities and expand outreach.
• Develop annual and long-term plans for revenue, fundraising, and awareness.
• Plan events, raise funds, solicit sponsors, and coordinate outreach.
• Recruit volunteers for leadership roles and grow a diverse pipeline.
• Cultivate relationships with major donors, corporate partners, healthcare providers.
• Build leadership boards and ensure market goals are met.
