Job summary

OLLY, a leading player in vitamins and supplements, is seeking a Senior Associate Project Manager to drive planning and execution of creative initiatives across Campaigns, Brand, Packaging, and Innovation. You will coordinate with Creative, Marketing, Brand Strategy, and Operations to move work from intake to delivery.

You will manage timelines, status meetings, documentation, and stakeholder communications, identify risks, balance workloads, and help optimize processes.

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of experience in project management, creative operations, marketing operations, or related fields.
• Experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns, creative development, or brand initiatives.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience building and maintaining timelines, trackers, project plans, and documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple moving pieces with accuracy.
• Ability to identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Experience working with project management tools and systems.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to build relationships across functions.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong follow-through and accountability.
• Desire to grow into larger project leadership and operational management responsibilities.
