Job summary

OLLY, a fast-growing health and wellness brand, seeks a Senior Innovation Manager to drive short- and long-term strategy across consumer health trends and science. You will lead a disruptive innovation funnel and collaborate across marketing, insights, and finance to land new products in market.

You’ll shape category stories for strategic customers, manage a multi-year roadmap through stage gates, and mentor teams while staying unfazed by rapid change.

Qualifications

• 5–12 years of brand experience in innovation and strategy within the CPG industry.
• Experience creating new markets, new categories and launching disruptive innovation year on year.
• Collaborates effectively across functions and teams.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with syndicated data such as IRI Unify.
• Translates data into actionable growth insights.
• Knowledge of all customer channels including e-commerce.
• Proficient storytelling in PowerPoint and data analysis in Excel.
• Energetic, passionate about building a transformational brand.
• Mentors and develops people; leadership ability.
• MBA preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Execute the innovation strategy and launch a disruptive funnel 2027–2030+.
• Manage the pipeline of projects, move through gates, and launch innovations for retail and ecommerce.
• Identify white space and drive breakthrough growth in collaboration with leadership.
• Contribute to the Innovation Strategy as a core team member.
• Create compelling innovation and category stories for strategic customers.
• Partner with Brand Strategy, Marketing, Insights, Finance and eCom.
• Influence the broader Brand team on long-term strategy and growth accelerators.
• Contribute to Camp OLLY culture and employee experience.
