Job summary

OLLY seeks a Senior Innovation Manager to chart growth at the intersection of consumer insight, science and technology. You will own the innovation funnel, lead cross‑functional teams, and drive disruptive, market‑leading launches for health, wellness and beauty.

You will partner with Brand Strategy, Marketing, Insights and Finance to deliver on business goals, shaping the future of OLLY across national retail and e‑commerce. This remote USA role reports to the VP of Brand Strategy & Innovation.

Qualifications

• 5–12 years of brand experience in innovation and strategy within the CPG industry.
• Proven experience creating new markets, new categories and launching disruptive innovation year on year.
• Ability to translate data into insights and tell stories in PowerPoint; proficient in Excel.
• Experience with all customer channels including e-commerce; cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Execute the innovation strategy and manage a disruptive funnel for 2027–2030+ across big bets and extensions.
• Manage pipeline, move projects through stage gates, commercialize and launch innovations year‑on‑year for national and custom retail partners.
• Develop innovation and category stories for strategic customers across brick‑and‑mortar and e‑commerce.
• Partner with Brand Strategy, Marketing, Insights & Finance & e‑Commerce to deliver on business goals.
• Influence the broader Brand team on long‑term brand and innovation strategy and growth accelerators.
• Contribute to the culture and Camp OLLY experience for the team.
