WR Immigration is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its growing team. You will work closely with Partners, Associates, and support staff to prepare and file business immigration petitions and manage client communications.

Candidates must have a valid Bar membership, 5+ years of business immigration experience, and deep knowledge of H-1B, L-1, E-2, O-1, TN, E-3, J-1; PERM, NIW and adjustment of status; and RFEs NOIDs experience.

Formación

• Valid Bar membership is required.
• 5+ years of business immigration experience.
• Solid knowledge of nonimmigrant visa matters (H-1B, L-1A/L-1B, E-2, O-1, TN, E-3, J-1).
• Strong understanding of employment-based permanent residence (PERM, EB-1A/B/C, NIW).
• Experience handling RFEs, NOIDs, and complex case issues.
• Experience advising startups and smaller corporate clients on immigration strategy.
• Excellent communication and writing skills; strong organization.

Responsabilidades

• Analyzing and communicating options to address clients’ business immigration needs.
• Maintaining timely communications with clients during and after the application process.
• Supervising and collaborating with staff to ensure accurate filings.
• Maintaining accuracy for high-volume, rapid-turnover cases.
• Assisting clients and staff with questions throughout filing.
• Other duties as required.
