WR Immigration is a global immigration firm known worldwide for its innovation, technology, and high touch legal services. We are seeking an Associate Attorney to join our growing team; remote applicants will be considered, with preference given to candidates in Mountain or Pacific Time Zones.

The Associate Attorney will work alongside Legal Assistants, Paralegals, Team Managers, Partners, and other Attorneys to prepare and file business immigration petitions, advise startups, handle RFEs/NOIDs,

Qualifications

• Valid membership in an applicable Bar association.
• 5+ years of business immigration experience.
• Broad knowledge of nonimmigrant visa matters (H-1B, L-1A/L-1B, E-2, O-1, TN, E-3, J-1).
• Knowledge of employment-based permanent residence (PERM, EB-1A/B/C, NIW).
• Experience handling RFEs/NOIDs and complex case issues.
• Experience advising startups and smaller corporate clients.
• Proven track record in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Strong organization and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent attention to detail and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing and communicating options to address clients’ business immigration needs.
• Maintaining timely client communications during and after filing to support program management.
• Supervising staff to ensure correct preparation and filing of applications.
• Maintaining accuracy for high-volume, rapid-turnover cases.
• Assisting clients and staff with questions throughout filing.
• Other duties as required.
