Nimble Gravity is seeking a Senior Architect for Anthropic Enablement to lead pre-sales, technical enablement, and architectural guidance for Claude Code and Claude Cowork in client environments. You will shape demonstrations, drive discovery, and craft scalable, secure AI workflows across regulated enterprises.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software engineering, solutions architecture, or technical consulting.
• Hands-on depth in agentic AI systems.
• Fluency configuring skills, MCP servers, subagents, and permission scopes with Claude Code and Claude Cowork.
• Proven experience presenting to large (20+) technical audiences.
• Pre-sales or technical sales engineering experience.
• Ability to translate technical capability into business value and identify automation opportunities.
• Comfort operating in regulated enterprise environments and governance reviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical pre-sales: run discovery, scope PoC, and deliver live demos of Claude Code and Claude Cowork.
• Deliver advanced enablement: design hands-on sessions for 20+ engineers or business users.
• Handle architecture questions live on the spot: context management, data flow, security posture, failure modes.
• Frame the business case with stakeholders and map workflows to Claude Code/Cowork capabilities.
• Spot follow-on work: feed discovery into proposals and roadmaps.
• Build reusable technical assets: demo repos, sample skills, curricula, reference architectures.
• Navigate regulated environments with governance, audits, and data handling.
