Responsibilities

• Process and review invoices and expense reports, ensuring coding, approvals, and documentation.
• Review AP aging reports, investigate balances, and support reconciliations and month-end close.
• Prepare domestic and international wire and ACH payments per workflows and approvals.
• Identify unusual or risky payment requests and escalate as needed.
• Use ERP reporting tools and Excel to identify errors and propose improvements.
