PXYData LLC is seeking a senior, hands-on analytics leader who operates across analytics, client strategy, and business development. You’ll translate business problems into analytical solutions and prioritize work across multiple engagements, working directly with clients to shape outcomes.

The role blends building and thinking, with ownership of dashboards, models, experimentation plans, and data-driven recommendations. A remote-first environment supports real-world industry engagement.

Formación

• Strong experience with SQL, Excel, and Python (or similar)
• Familiarity with modern BI and dashboarding tools
• Solid foundation in statistics and analytics concepts
• Comfortable running and interpreting regression models
• Experience with experimentation and testing frameworks
• Understanding of data warehousing and analytics workflows
• Experience working directly with clients or stakeholders
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Comfortable delivering complex findings into bite-sized, consumer-focused actions

Responsabilidades

• Act as a primary point of contact for select client accounts
• Lead discovery, intake, and prioritization of analytics and reporting requests
• Translate business questions into analytical approaches and technical execution
• Design and review dashboards, metrics, and reporting frameworks
• Guide clients on best practices in data usage, experimentation, and measurement
• Owns Communication & presentations both internally and to our clients
• Work across modern BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.)
• Analyze data using SQL, Excel, and Python (or similar object-oriented languages)
• Build and interpret statistical models (e.g., regression analysis & stats modeling)
• Support experimentation, A/B testing, and measurement strategies
• Collaborate on data engineering and warehouse design (not pure ETL, but fluent in the concepts)
