Block, Inc. is seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer to own telemetry instrumentation, ETL pipelines, and executive dashboards that measure AI ROI and developer productivity. You will turn raw signals into governed data and actionable insights at scale.

You will define new metrics, craft executive-facing visuals, and push for data-driven investment decisions. AI coding agents will be a standard tool in building and refining pipelines and dashboards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in analytics engineering, data engineering, or BI, owning production data pipelines.
• Strong SQL and Python, with hands-on experience building pipelines in cloud data warehouses.
• Experience partnering with engineering to instrument new event/telemetry data.
• Experience building dashboards or internal tools used by non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Instrument and extend telemetry; build production ETL pipelines and governed data.
• Develop executive-facing dashboards and visuals that support decision-making.
• Translate complex findings into a clear narrative for senior stakeholders; defend methodology.
