Job summary

Norstella's Panalgo unit is seeking a Senior Analytic Consultant to join the IHD Insights-as-a-Service team. You will advise on study design, data source selection, and analytic approaches across claims, lab, EMR, and SDOH data to support real-world life sciences use cases.

This role demands epidemiology/HEOR expertise, advanced SQL and data analysis skills, and the ability to own client relationships while translating analytic outputs into actionable business insights for biopharma clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on real-world data experience in outcomes research or life sciences consulting.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and data analysis.
• Ability to own client relationships and advise strategically.

Responsibilities

• Own client relationships and communicate with senior stakeholders clearly.
• Advise on study design, data sources, and analytic approaches across multiple projects.
• Translate study protocols into IHD projects and ensure end-to-end quality control.
• Collaborate with clinicians, data scientists, statisticians, and healthcare professionals to deliver insights.
