Job summary

Norstella’s Panalgo unit seeks an experienced Senior Analytic Consultant to join the IHD Insights-as-a-Service team. You will advise on study design and data sources, work with claims, lab, EMR, and other real-world data, and deliver actionable insights for biopharma and life sciences clients.

Independent, entrepreneurial, and capable of managing multiple engagements, you will communicate with senior stakeholders and translate complex findings into strategic guidance, leveraging SQL and advanced

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in epidemiology, biostatistics, health economics, or related field.
• 3+ years of real-world data experience in outcomes research or life sciences consulting.
• Strong knowledge of US healthcare ecosystem and data sources.
• Proficiency in SQL and ability to translate analytic outputs into business insights.

Responsibilities

• Own client relationships and communicate with senior stakeholders.
• Translate study protocols into IHD projects from cohort to outputs.
• Apply domain knowledge across therapeutic areas and ensure data quality.
• Write code in SQL, Python, R, or SAS to deliver reproducible analyses.
• Document data mappings and data lineage for transparency.
