Ladders is seeking an Analytics Advisor III for remote US-based work, focusing on growth of analytics and AI solutions in complex enterprise accounts. You will partner with stakeholders to create demand, qualify opportunities, and build ROI cases for large-scale engagements.

The role requires deep analytics expertise, executive relationship skills, and a track record of driving multi-million-dollar engagements in complex environments. Remote work is offered from the US.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of consultative sales experience
• Deep analytics expertise across disciplines such as risk, marketing, and supply
• Strong analytical skills including model usage, data analysis, and strategy design
• Familiarity with SQL, Hadoop, Python, and visualization tools; Databricks or Google Vertex preferred
• Proven ability to drive large-dollar engagements in complex environments

Responsabilités

• Drive sales growth by selling analytics and AI solutions
• Create demand and qualify opportunities for new analytics and AI business
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts
• Conduct business conversations to understand client needs and success factors
• Build relationships with C-level executives to enhance value delivery
• Achieve aggressive sales targets in the analytics and AI marketplace
• Develop ROI analyses using best practices and use cases
