Qualifications

Experience in AI, generative AI, automation, or analytics solutions.
Ability to translate complex business needs into actionable product requirements.

Responsibilities

Lead discovery and design for high-value opportunities across finance and related business domains.
Translate ambiguous business needs into clear product requirements and delivery plans.
Design and contribute to generative AI and agentic solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
Evaluate technology choices and make practical tradeoffs.
Develop prototypes and production-ready solution components.
Establish reusable solution patterns and reference architectures.
Guide project teams while remaining a hands-on contributor.
Support responsible AI practices and documentation.
Coach leaders in applied AI product development.
