ManpowerGroup is seeking a Senior Analyst, Sourcing Category Management (Process Improvement) to join the Procurement and Sourcing team. The role supports IT services sourcing initiatives and requires strong analytical and communication skills to drive cost savings.

The Senior Analyst will work remotely (EST hours) and engage cross-functionally to optimize supplier relations and manage large technology agreements.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience supporting IT services sourcing or related procurement activities.
• Understanding of enterprise software and platform ecosystems.
• Experience negotiating and managing large-scale technology agreements with significant spend.
• Strong IT sourcing and vendor management background.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies, infrastructure, storage, and data warehousing.
• Knowledge of sourcing processes, RFP support, contract handling, and spend analysis.
• Experience with sourcing tools and supplier relationship management.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to synthesize data into insights.

Our client, a leading retailer, is seeking a Senior Analyst, Sourcing Category Management (Process Improvement)to join their team. As a Senior Analyst, Sourcing Category Management (Process Improvement), you will be part of the Procurement and Sourcing department supporting IT services sourcing initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, proactive communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Senior Analyst, Sourcing Category Management (Enterprise Applications/Platform)

Location: Remote (Supporting EST Hours)

Pay: $55-60/hr
