Job summary
PRI Global is seeking a Senior Coupa Specialist to drive implementation, optimization, and support for Coupa modules including Procurement, Sourcing, SIM, and CLM. You will design, configure, and troubleshoot Coupa solutions, partner with ERP and middleware teams, and guide adoption of new features.
The role requires 5+ years in P2P processes, 4+ years on Coupa, and strong communication skills to influence stakeholders across the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of experience in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) business processes and systems.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience administering and supporting the Coupa platform.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Coupa SIM.
- 3+ years of experience supporting Coupa Sourcing and Contract Lifecycle Management modules.
- Experience configuring and supporting Coupa modules: Procurement, SIM, Sourcing, Contracting.
- Experience integrations between Coupa and ERP, middleware, and third-party apps via APIs, cXML, or flat-files.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex applications and perform root cause analysis; robust testing support.
