Job summary

Emplicit is a results-driven ecommerce agency partnering with brands to scale across Amazon, Walmart, and TikTok Shop. We seek a commercially-minded strategist who owns a portfolio of 18–25 brands, retains them, grows them, and turns them into Advocates.

You’ll work with a cross-functional pod to stay focused on strategy while leading client relationships at the C-suite level. You will drive revenue growth by identifying upsell opportunities, building business cases, and shaping client strategy

Qualifications

• Experience in ecommerce marketing and client success roles.
• Proven ability to grow revenue within existing portfolios.
• Strong strategic consulting and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Own portfolio of 18–25 brands across Amazon, Walmart, and TikTok Shop.
• Maintain and deepen C-suite client relationships to drive retention and advocacy.
• Lead a cross-functional pod to focus on high-level strategy and revenue growth.
• Identify and close upsell opportunities across accounts.
• Develop scopes of work and business cases for service expansions.
