Emplicit in the US is seeking a Senior Amazon Marketing Manager to own multi-account strategy across Amazon channels and manage a remote, fast-paced growth team. You will design campaigns, run experiments, and translate data into client strategies, leading pods and mentoring junior marketers.

You’ll optimize ACoS/TACoS, build dashboards, automate reporting, and collaborate with content and product teams to drive GMV.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in e-commerce/digital marketing within an agency.
• 3+ years managing Amazon Paid Media across Sponsored Products/Brands/Display and DSP.
• Proven outcomes improving TACoS/ACoS or driving GMV.
• Strong Excel, SQL or Python for data extraction/analysis.
• Experience designing rigorous tests and surfacing reliable learnings.

Responsabilités

• Lead strategy and be the primary client contact for Amazon/marketplace growth.
• Design, launch, and optimize Sponsored campaigns and DSP plans across clients.
• Implement AI/automation tools to accelerate keyword discovery, bidding, and reporting.
• Build dashboards tying campaign performance to KPIs (ACoS, TACoS, GMV, ROAS).
• Collaborate with content, account management, and product teams for fast execution.
• Produce client reporting; present results and next-step experiments.
• Create repeatable playbooks; mentor junior marketers.
