OnHires is seeking a Senior Amazon Brand Manager to join a fully remote, high-performance consulting team. You will analyze large-scale $10M+ FBA accounts, craft growth roadmaps, and lead clients through high-impact execution, including weekly strategy calls and daily Slack support.

You will own strategy, optimize P&L, and collaborate with founders who built and exited 8-figure brands. This role offers uncapped earnings and true remote autonomy across major markets including US/UK/CA/DE.

Competenze

• Minimum 3+ years of Amazon FBA experience with $10M+ annual revenue brands.
• Strong PPC and catalog optimization background.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication.

Mansioni

• Lead weekly strategy calls with brand founders and present growth plans.
• Provide proactive advice via Slack and email to clients.
• Diagnose catalog, ad, and account issues and unblock growth.
• Develop and refine internal playbooks, SOPs, and training.
• Drive client retention and referrals through portfolio success.
